Personal data is retained until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims, or until the expiration of the program documentation retention period required by sponsors, or until the expiration of the period specified by applicable accounting regulations, whichever is longer. You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected, deleted, or to restrict its processing; the right to object to processing; and the right to data portability. The applicability of these specific rights depends on the legal basis for the particular processing. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

For technical support, reservations, and the online broadcast of the event, the data has been entrusted for processing to Digital Space LLC (Puławska 457, 02-844 Warsaw), acting as a processor on behalf of the Controller.

We have gathered the most important information about registration, the online format, languages, the program, and participation in the conference in one place.

No, attending any of the sessions is completely free. Prior online registration is required - REGISTER by November 23.

The main languages of the event are English and Polish. The live stream will feature full audio translation and subtitles in 11 languages: English, Croatian, Czech, Greek, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, and Ukrainian. You can select your preferred audio track when joining the event.

The conference is held entirely online. Accessing the stream is simple - we will email you a personalized stream link immediately after you register. The link will take you directly to the conference website. You will also receive a reminder email a few days before the event.

Registration covers the entire event, but the online format allows you to join at any time. You are welcome to attend individual sessions or specific thematic blocks that interest you. Check the agenda.

We do not issue official certificates of attendance. However, we believe the practical knowledge, inspiration, and tools you gain from the event will serve as your best takeaway!

Yes, the agenda is designed to be valuable and accessible for both adults (parents, teachers, psychologists) and young people. Select sessions directly highlight the voices of the younger generation. Participation of minors is possible after a parent or teacher submits a registration form.

Yes, group registrations are available for schools and educational institutions. You will find a group registration option in the signup form after selecting the "Teacher" role.
